Maia hates to leave her playing to come in and potty and has on occasion just gone outside if she thought she wouldnt get caught but you can bet with two brothers and a sister SOMEONE is going to tell on you. Grandma has an outhouse outside for just that reason as they spend a lot of time outside. the difference being, we live in town and she on 70 or 80 acres. Fast forward to today
Maia comes running in to use the bathroom and said Mama? I want to build an outhouse!
No amount of explaining on my part seems to be able to make her understand we cant DO that here where we live. what a kid.

would the city really not allow that??? why not just do it anyway? or...hmmm...build a mini one w/ her for a hamster or something...or for the cat? (for inside...put the litter box in it) she could then paint it, etc. how fun that sounds...maybe i'll do it.
love you. maia has a passion for outhouses...that's cute. maybe she will grow up and have a bathroom w/ an outhouse theme. i know of one woman in princeton who had that...lol
ha WE have an outhouse border in the bathroom. it was there when we moved in and too much work to remove it. I dont care enough about it to remove it. I dont think a mini one would satisfy her, she just doesnt want to come in and pee when she is out playing.
